GARAGE CONVERSION PLYMOUTH, DEVON

This was a conversion of an existing double garage into a two storey split level independent unit for the client’s family. The brief was for an open plan living kitchen arrangement with two bedrooms and a bathroom. Because of the spectacular view across the valley, it was agreed at an early stage to have an inverted living arrangement to maximise the views. The result was a simple low-budget extension, which the client was delighted with.
